Recipe: Walnut and Pecan Pesto Green Beans

This colourful, pleasurable dish can supplement a prime entree or function a mild, flavorful meal of its personal. The nuts and pesto over inexperienced beans spice up the flavour and the vitamins.


half cup contemporary basil leaves
half cup contemporary parsley leaves
half cup contemporary spinach leaves
three oz. toasted and chopped pecans
three oz. toasted and chopped walnuts
half teaspoon salt
three oz. further virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon high quality chopped contemporary garlic
nine cups cooked inexperienced beans, tired neatly


  1. put basil, parsley, spinach, pecans, walnuts and salt in meals processor and combine till you could have coarse puree.
  2. mix oil and garlic, upload to aggregate and combine till absolutely integrated
  3. mix with cooked inexperienced beans and toss
  4. quilt, label, date and refrigerate.
