Recipe: Simple Béarnaise Steak Sauce

What would red meat tenderloin be with out Béarnaise? Revel in a beneficiant portion whilst including just a few energy to your meal.


2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
four tablespoons dry white wine
2 tablespoons finely chopped shallots
2 tablespoons finely chopped contemporary tarragon
½ cup nonfat bitter cream


  1. Combine vinegar, wine, shallots, and tarragon in small saucepan; convey to mild boil.
  2. Simmer till combination is diminished in part, about 10 to 15 mins.
  3. Whisk in bitter cream till clean.
