four tablespoons dry white wine
2 tablespoons finely chopped shallots
2 tablespoons finely chopped contemporary tarragon
½ cup nonfat bitter cream
- Combine vinegar, wine, shallots, and tarragon in small saucepan; convey to mild boil.
